happy hari raya aidilfitri and maaf zahir batin.


baby is already 3
4weeks in my womb.1 more month to go to 'eram' my baby. for this hari raya only, i gain 3 kg. oh Lord! gile banyak makan raya nih! it should be 1kg for the baby's weight. we'll see if the baby does gain another 1kg this upcoming checkup. but still! there are mor
e space for me to gain weight. is it? huhu. can a pregnant lady diet? i think, can la..dari dapat byk penyakit lain, baik diet. kan kan kan????
so, duk google any tips on diet. at least maintain la berat tu. dah2 la dok naik je..huhu.
as conclusion, this is what i need:
- low carbs
- protien! needed such as: fish and chicken
- more fiber: cereal, fruits and vegie (erk! nasib baik kacang buncis termasuk dlm golongan high in fiber..hahahaha)
- dairy product: yogurt,low fat milk, cheese (yg low fat ye saudari...bkn pilih yg sedap je--> huh! cheese cake sedap nyer..)
- yogurt
- low fat milk
- oats
- apple
- papaya
- horlicks (to varied my drinks other than milo. hee)
take more plain water, less air manis2 yer =p
low fat milk before sleep if felt hungry (baby ke mama yg lapar nti? huhu)
no sleep if hungry!
varied the calorie cycle (5 day low calorie, 2 day high calorie)
a cheat day!! (jgn over2 plak, klu dah peak cheat day tu ye..)
kevin zahari kata, mkn 5-7 x a day to make the metabolism high. small portion please...
avoid 3in1! really? oh dear...
waaa...baby, mama kena diet nih!!!!
